Schan has been a member of the CYFA and a coach for five years. He has also coached baseball in Cabot for
seven years. Schan is a third term committee member and is the father of two boys age 11 and 5. In Schan's
own words, "I started in this youth football association in Cabot at the age of 6 and played all the way through
college. I am dedicated to the CYFA, to give my boys the same chances I had at their age."

Luke moved to Cabot in 2002 from Horatio, Arkansas and has been a member of the CYFA since 2005. He has been a head coach
in the CYFA for the past four years. In addition to football he has coached basketball in the Cabot recreational league
for the past six years as well his daughter's AAU basketball team for the past four years. Luke coaches a girls flag football
team in the fall and a boys flag football team in the spring for the past three years. "I have deep love for kids, football, and
sports in general. I don't really have any other hobbies, coaching and working with kids is my passion. Hopefully that passion is
recognizable to the kids and their parents. The CYFA is, in my opinion, the best and most well run youth football organization in the state
and I am proud to be a part of it." Secretary responsibilities include a seat on most committees, logging minutes of all meetings,
and the collection, processing, and organization of player registrations.

Darren has been a member of the CYFA since 2005 and is serving his third term as a member of the Executive
Committee. He brings nine seasons of football and baseball coaching experience, serving eight of those as
a head coach, and several years of board experience, to the CYFA. Darren also maintains our website.
The Director of Scheduling is responsibile for all scheduling activities and reservations for all CYFA events.
