Schan has been a member of the CYFA and a coach for nine years. He has also coached baseball in Cabot for
seven years. Schan is a sixth term committee member and is the father of two boys age 15 and 9. In Schan's
own words, "I started in this youth football association in Cabot at the age of 6 and played all the way through
college. I am dedicated to the CYFA, to give my boys the same chances I had at their age."
