We hope that your experience with the Cabot Youth Football Association is everything you want and expect. We do understand that circumstances may occur where you feel the need to submit a formal complaint. Complaints will ONLY be addressed if they are put in writing. If you put a complaint in writing, it WILL be addressed. There will be complaint forms located in concession stands, but we recommend that you complete this online form. That will ensure that all Executive Committee members receive a copy of the complaint and it is properly tracked and the situation reviewed. Your name will be kept in confidence by the Executive Committee members. We require contact information for official complaints. Providing your name assures you that an Executive Committee member will be able to contact you regarding your situation and any decisions that are made. It also provides us the ability to get more information and clarification as we address the situation, which may be necessary in order to have enough details to make a decision on the complaint. We welcome your feedback— this is your league and your association. Your feedback is vital to the improvement of both. |
